• Creating an account using false or misleading information, or committing identity fraud
• Threatening or disrespectful behavior toward other members or pkzz staff

Pkzz automatically monitors for suspicious activity and conducts manual reviews where necessary. Any irregular betting patterns or signs of fraudulent behavior are acted upon immediately.

Pkzz may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated,
• If a member refuses to cooperate with identity verification or provides false information
• If suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity is detected
• If multiple accounts are created
• By order of a court or relevant authority
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

Before closing an account, pkzz will endeavor to give the member an opportunity to respond; however, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member.
